T-Boz Reveals Chilli Voted For Trump in Resurfaced Clip
In a clip shared by thegworlsarefightingg on Instagram, T-Boz is involved in a discussion where a radio host talks about how the American people were about to vote for the “biggest jackass in the history of politics.” T-Boz then responds by saying that her “group member” voted for him. Chilli is the only other remaining group member of TLC. The third member, Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes, tragically passed away in a car accident in Honduras in April 2002.
After T-Boz’s comments resurfaced, fans had a lot of opinions on social media.
“Notice she didn’t say, friend. She’s clear on that,” one user said in the comments section of the social media post.
“I will not purchase tickets to this tour because of how she voted; unless they replace her,” a second user chimed in.
“Let MAGA support TLC. I’m good,” a third user said.
TLC group member Chilli went viral on social media over the weekend. After records leaked showing that she made donations to support Donald Trump’s presidential campaign.
However, she has since spoken out, denying her MAGA support. Insisting that her donations were a “mistake.”
“I WANT TO BE CLEAR: I am not MAGA and do not support any of the many policies that are causing great harm to the American people. I made a mistake too many make: I did not read the fine print, I thought I was supporting causes against human trafficking and for veterans,” the singer wrote in a post on Instagram on Sunday (March 29).
“Two things I care deeply about, as my dad is a veteran, and everyone knows I love children. I have learned a valuable lesson and ask for grace as I navigate this,” she added.
