Troy Ave has come under heavy fire from the Hip-Hop world ever since his Breakfast Club interview. In this interview he described in graphic detail the shooting that he was a victim of on Christmas Day of 2016. But the biggest thing that people seemed to take away from this interview was the fact that he was naming his new album “Nupac”. Subsequently comparing himself to the late great Hip-Hop legend 2Pac.
In the new trailer for Troy Ave’s album due April 14th entitled “Nupac” Troy explains that he is not trying to be like any other man he’s just describing the feeling of what he is doing and what he is hearing from the people.
Troy Ave “Nupac” album will be available on Friday April 14th so fans can judge for themselves. With Kendrick Lamar releasing his highly anticipated project on the same day it will really be interesting to hear the response from the people on both projects.
