Yes, you read that right. Accomplished actor Tom Hardy linked with the esoteric supergroup under his rapper alias Frankie Pulitzer and fans are now realizing the Brit has some skills.
Why Are Tom Hardy & Czarface Making An Album?
The Venom actor has been rapping since the 90s, as old videos indicate. He produced and rapped with his friend Edward Tracy under the name Tommy No 1 + Eddie Too Tall. They even recorded a mixtape called Falling On Your Arse in 1999 though it didn’t see a release until 2018. However, in a professional sense, Hardy has served as a guest on multiple Czarface projects.
In 2021, he hopped on two songs for their Good Guys, Bad Guys EP. To return the favor, Hardy seemingly got two of Czars songs (including their collab “Today’s Special”) on the Venom: Let There Be Carnage soundtrack. The Inspectah Deck supported group then had Hardy hop on a couple other songs off 2022’s Czarmageddon! and 2023’s Czartificial Intelligence.
It’s unknown exactly how they met, but, a few years back, Billboard posted a story where Hardy and Busta Rhymes posted a picture and said they’d work soon. Many probably thought that meant the star of Halloween Resurrection was making a return to the big screen. However, we now have our answer.

Who’s On The New Album?
The feature list includes Busta Rhymes, Method Man, and names to be announced. The group was founded by the Boston rap duo 7L & Esoteric, who enjoyed rapping with Deck, leading to the trio to create the Czarface persona.
This week, the four rappers released their first single “Brothers Grimm,” which sees Hardy delivering a cutting verse. Their collab album, CZARFACE Meets Frankie Pulitzer, drops August 28th.
