Westside Gunn has announced that Flygod Is an Awesome God 3 is set to arrive in March 2026, and it may mark the final chapter of his solo rap career.

In a recent statement shared via XXL, Gunn reflected on the future of his artistry, admitting that Awesome God 3 could be his last album. “I honestly feel Awesome God 3 will be my last album,” he said, adding, “Respectfully, I don’t want to be the 50-year-old rapper.”

The announcement carries significant weight for fans, as the Flygod Is an Awesome God series has been a cornerstone of Gunn’s legacy—blending luxury art-world aesthetics with raw street narratives and helping solidify his influence within the Griselda movement and modern underground hip-hop.

While Gunn has hinted in the past at shifting more toward fashion, curation, and executive roles, the possibility of Awesome God 3 being his final album positions the project as a major moment in hip-hop, signaling the potential close of one of the genre’s most distinctive and influential runs.
