Ye and his former assistant are reportedly headed towards a resolution in settle the sexual harassment lawsuit she filed against him.
According to newly filed court documents, the rapper and his former personal assistant Lauren Pisciotta have agreed in principle to settle the sexual harassment lawsuit she filed in June 2024. Attorneys for both sides reportedly participated in mediation on June 4, and a previously scheduled court hearing has been taken off the calendar while they finalize the agreement.
Pisciotta’s lawsuit accused Kanye West of sexual harassment, wrongful termination and other misconduct, alleging he sent her explicit texts and videos, inappropriately touched her during a hotel stay and drugged her at a studio session co-hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs. West has denied the allegations.
The settlement developments arrive as West continues to face other misconduct claims. Earlier this month, Jenn An alleged in a BBC interview that Ye sexually assaulted her during a 2010 audition for a music video with electronic duo La Roux. West has also denied those allegations.
