Young Dolph’s tragic murder continues to effect the music world, even years later. But on Thursday (April 23rd), videographer A Zae unearthed a treat for fans of the late rapper.
What Young Dolph Footage Did A Zae Find?
A Zae, a famous videographer known for work with Chief Keef, 21 Savage, Lil Durk, and other rappers, found some old footage for a planned music video for Young Dolph “16 Zips.”
He reflected on the video in his Instagram reel caption.
“Going through my drives and noticed me & dolph never dropped the 16 Zips video,” he posted with a sad face emoji. “#ripdolph.”
The clip shows Dolph riding around in a Philadelphia Flyers jersey, drinking a cup, smoking, and stunting, like he usually did.
How Did Fans React To The Snippet?
Fans were overjoyed to see some new Dolph material.
“I used to always say I wish there was a video to this song,” one user said.
“wtf you mean you had a vid whole time, my f***** chest just caved in,” another user said.
“N***** can’t see dude dead or alive,” another user said.
Fans then asked the big question, when can the full music video see the light of day?
“Man drop this s****!!! My favorite Dolph song,” one user said.
“This going up a M first hour if you drop,” another user said.
“Let’s get that cleared Asap,” another user said.
While Dolph’s estate controls what comes out from the late rapper, it seems there’s clearly huge interest in the “16 Zips” music video getting a full release.
