Young Thug is trying to rebuild YSL. The Atlanta rapper hopped in a prominent artist’s comment section to give his pitch.

What Did Young Thug Say?

On Quavo’s Instagram post, the Migos rapper posted a carousel of him hanging out at Universal Studios and in the studio.

“Took some time to get here what’s the rush?! #QRÖMELIFE,” Quavo captioned.

However, an interesting name popped up in his comment section. None other than Young Thug had a message for Quavo, and it wasn’t the usual fire emojis or gas ups fellow rappers usually comment.

“Leave capital and come with us brada we need u,” Thug commented.

This left many fans in shock, leading to several replies.

“Make better music n****,” one user replied.

“What you tryna build over there? a conglomerate?,” another user replied.

“n**** said who tf is the migos now he need vo,” another user replied.

“u aint Avengers bro,” another user replied.

It’s unclear why Thug used IG to reach out. Surely they have each other’s phone numbers right?

The Latest On Slime

Recently, a clip surfaced that showed Thugger in a clothing store. While browsing, while he is shopping, Gunna’s “Dollaz on My Head” starts to play in the background. Thug immediately tells a store employee to change the song.

The friction between Gunna and Young Thug began after Gunna entered a plea deal in the YSL RICO trial. That friction was confirmed after a series of Young Thug’s recorded prison phone calls leaked. In one of the leaks, he blames Gunna for resulting in the YSL investigation becoming RICO.

He later went on to say that Gunna’s plea deal was “harmful” to him despite not being used in the case.

“Was Gunna takin’ that plea harmful to me? Yes, 100%,” Thug said to Big Bank in a 2025 interview. “First we tellin’ the jurors ‘YSL ain’t a gang.’ Now [after the plea deals] we goin’ back to the jurors sayin’, ‘Well, some people might say it’s a gang — but we ain’t a part of that part of it. We are part of the record label.”
