Young Thug came under heavy fire on Wednesday (August 27) after an interrogation video of him was leaked on social media.
In the video, he appears to imply that YSL affiliate PeeWee Roscoe was involved in a 2015 incident in Atlanta that ended with Lil Wayne’s tour bus being shot up.

Amid the backlash, PeeWee Roscoe chimed in on the leaked interrogation. In a video posted to social media, he made one thing very clear. He does not consider what Young Thug said in the video to be an act of snitching.
“Jeff (Young Thug) is as clean as Listerine. He is as clean as ivory soap. You know what I’m saying. I did the time I did that. So when you go into the interrogation room, that’s what you’re supposed to do,” he said in the video via Kurrco on X.
“When you go into the interrogation room, that’s what you do. So he told them we sell Dwyane Carter [Lil Wayne] weed. What the f**k is wrong with you? You feel what I’m saying.”

The YSL affiliate also went on to heap even more praise upon the rap star. Claiming that Young Thug was the one who tried to pull him out of a jam
“A statement is this right here — lineups a selections saying “that’s him,” he (Jeff) didn’t do that,” he added. “He did what a tax-paying citizen does. Or a real street n***a. He kept it solid. Kept it overly real and really tried to pull me out of the hole.”
However, some fans on social media still remained unconvinced.
“The streets pick and choose who they wanna call a snitch,” one fan wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“Young thug paid Roscoe to say this to save himself. We are not dumb,” another user said.
“The picking and choosing in rap has to be studied asap,” a third user said.
