Amid his feud with T.I. and his family, 50 Cent has chosen to respond to T.I. in a different type of studio. The film studio.
50 Cent Confirms He Has a T.I. Documentary on The Way
A Monday (March 2) report from Star 94.5 Orlando suggested that the Power creator had a new documentary on the way. Called Surviving T.I. and Tiny. According to the outlet, the reported project will “revisit past sexual misconduct allegations made by multiple women against the couple.” The outlet also says that if the doc is greenlit, it would be available on streaming platforms.
50 appeared to confirm the report via an Instagram post on Thursday (March 5).
“Remember how quiet I got before the Diddy doc, Dame thought I wasn’t coming. I hope this doesn’t mess up your promo tour; they’re gonna ask about your 20 sexual assault cases. You might want to talk to a crisis PR person,” the rapper wrote in a social media post.
T.I. and 50 Cent’s beef came to be after Tip claimed that 50 Cent was ducking him in a potential Verzuz. Since then, the beef has gotten deeply personal. With 50 Cent taking aim at T.I.’s wife Tiny and Tip referencing the death of the rap star’s late mother.
This wouldn’t be the first time that 50 has used a documentary to bury his opps. In December, he partnered with Netflix to release the documentary Sean Combs: The Reckoning. The film explores the downfall of Bad Boy Records founder Sean “Diddy” Combs and his years of abusive behavior that eventually landed him in prison. The film remained number one on the Netflix most-watched list for several weeks, even beating out the highly anticipated final season of the hit series Stranger Things.
