Kim Kardashian and Ray J reportedly settled their long-running sex tape saga for $6 million back in 2023—or so they thought.
According to files obtained by TMZ, the “Confidential Settlement Agreement and Mutual General Release” included both their moms, Kris Jenner and Sonja Norwood, and was designed to shut down all past and future claims tied to the infamous 2007 tape. It also reportedly included a non-disparagement clause, barring everyone involved from speaking negatively about one another.
Ray J now claims that agreement was violated when Kim and Kris discussed the scandal on The Kardashians shortly after signing. He’s also sticking to his allegation that they played a role in releasing the tape—something both women strongly deny.
Kris called the claims “deeply offensive,” while Kim says she spent money on therapy and legal support to combat what she describes as false narratives.
Ray J, meanwhile, is doubling down—accusing them of lying under oath and questioning whether there should be legal consequences.
