Diddy has begun serving his prison sentence after being convicted of interstate prostitution earlier this year. And it didn’t take long for the media circus to form around the shamed music mogul. Over the weekend, photos of the music mogul in prison circulated on social media.
50 Cent Clowns Diddy Amid Leaked Prison Photos
In the leaked photos, Combs is seen sporting a blue prison uniform. With his now-signature gray beard. He is also smiling while he is surrounded by a crop of other inmates. Although the situation is no laughing matter, count on 50 Cent to find the humor in anything related to Diddy’s downfall.
The rap star/television producer took to social media on Monday (November 3) to address the leaked photos. Noting that Diddy looked like he was having a good time.
“He looks happy to me, with all those handsome men around. Good morning, New York City,” the rapper wrote on Instagram on Monday,
Combs Expected to Have ‘Relatively Sweet’ Prison Bid
Despite several attempts to regain his freedom, last month Diddy was sentenced to 50 months in prison. The Bad Boy Records founder will serve out his sentence at Fort Dix prison in New Jersey.
Now that Diddy is officially a convict, many people are wondering what his time in prison will look like. Especially given the severity of his crimes.
However, according to Philly rapper Dos Noun, who recently completed a two-year bid at the institution, Diddy’s prison time will be “relatively sweet.”
“Diddy is going to have a relatively sweet and easy bid,” Dos Noun reportedly wrote (via AllHipHop). “Fort Dix is trash in some ways, but anyone who has been up higher or even to other lows will say it’s known as being wide open and everything up for grabs.”
Diddy will also be able to enjoy several luxuries, such as a phone and a private chef.
“People will try to price-gouge him, but he can have a phone, a private chef, his room cleaned, custom clothes, extra commissary, and special food contracts for better ingredients, etc,” the former inmate continued. “He’s from NYC. They’ll keep anybody from pressing him. My guess is his biggest issue is going to be the worship and Fandom. And yes, I know what I’m talking about. I just lived there for 2.”
