Fivio Foreign recently sat down for a one-on-one interview with hip-hop personality DJ Akademiks. And during their interview, the “Big Drip” creator had a lot to address.
21 Savage & Fivio Foreign Trade Shots on Social Media
One of the topics that came up was rap star 21 Savage and his “F**k the streets” campaign. A movement that denounces the gang culture and street violence that is often glorified in rap lyrics. Many other rappers latched on. With other drill rappers such as G-Herbo, Young Thug, and a host of others echoing the same sentiment on social media.
However, despite some of the top rappers in the game joining the movement, Fivio isn’t on board. In fact, he questioned if Savage even had the credentials to say “f**k the streets.”
“What’s making you think that Savage is a street n***a?” Fivio via Best’s Point Of View TV on Twitter. “He said, ‘F**k the streets.’ […] Street n***a where? In Atlanta? […] How come 6ix9ine can diss 21 Savage so much? You’re saying he’s a street n***a, n***as don’t play with him. Them n***as are all cap, trust me. It’s all show, it’s all smoke and mirrors.”

However, Savage hit back in a major way. Telling the Brooklyn native to keep his name out of his mouth.
“Stop saying my motherf***ing name,” he said (via LiveBitez). “Don’t think ’cause a n***a trying to change… If you’re a** 35 or older, and you been trying to rap since you were 17, don’t say nothing to me about the streets. You don’t know anything about the streets, you ain’t done nothing in the streets. Y’all n***as keep talking about all that ‘F**k the streets’ s**t… Y’all n***as still would get y’all a** whooped. N***a acting around this b***h looking for clout. N***a is old as hell. Poor as a motherf***er, talking about who a street n***a in another state.”
