Rap star 21 Savage appeared to confirm that he is the father of Latto’s child in a recent social media post.
21 Savage Shows Love to Latto in Social Media Post
Latto recently covered Paper Magazine for a spread showing off the baby bump. Latto posted photos of her spread on her social media page. Savage reposted her post with the caption: “Big mama, not the little one,” accompanied by four of his signature daggers.
Of course, fans went crazy on social media.
“21 has spoken 🔥 y’all leave them folks alone. I love this,” one fan wrote in the comments section of the social media post.”
“Alright nowwwww we getting somewhereeeeeee,” a second user chimed in.
“Yeah, they’re popping out together for the gender reveal or baby shower, one of the two,” a third user predicted.
Latto and Savage have long been rumored to be dating. But neither has publicly confirmed it.
Latto Explains Decision to Keep Her Relationship Private
Latto’s Paper Magazine spread included an interview. And she addressed her decision to keep her relationship private after her recent pregnancy announcement. And she made it clear that she doesn’t have anything else to prove to anybody.
“I have nothing to prove to anyone. I have no rumor to clear up,” she says. “I’ve been with my man for years now, and it ain’t going nowhere. To me, that’s clearly a result of me moving and operating how I do.” Latto said.
She further explained that the privacy of her relationship is also a career decision. Noting that having her relationship at the “forefront” would take away from the focus on her as a female artist.
“When it comes to female rappers, female artists — we’re told that we have to put so much of our life out there, and then it becomes too much about our personal life and not enough of the music,” Latto added. “That’s how stuff just ends up crashing and burning, because you’ve got too many cooks in the kitchen. I’m my own person outside of my relationship as well. I don’t want to make that the forefront of my existence, my career. I got a man at home, I’m happy, and I’m well taken care of, and that’s about all anyone needs to know.”
