Pooh Shiesty won’t be getting out of prison anytime soon. According to a Wednesday (April 8) report from XXL.

Pooh Shiesty Denied Bond in Federal Kidnapping, Robbery Case

Per the outlet, the Back in Blood rapper was denied bond when he appeared before a judge on Wednesday. For his upcoming trial over his alleged role in the robbery and kidnapping of rap star Gucci Mane.

During his hearing, Judge Renee Harries Toliver referenced the fact that Shiesty was already in the house when he allegedly executed the ambush.

“I can’t find any condition to offer that hasn’t already been granted to you,” she said during the hearing on Wednesday.

Pooh Shiesty’s father, Lontrell Williams Sr., and rapper Big 30 were granted bail when they appeared before a judge. However, a stay order has been put in place for another judge to take a look at their case. And decide if their receiving a bond is plausible.

The feds believe that Pooh Shiesty lured Gucci Mane into an ambush at his studio in Dallas, Texas. Gucci believed that he and Shiesty were having a one-on-one business meeting to discuss his being released from his contract with 1017 Brick Squad. However, Gucci declined to sign the paperwork. Shiesty, His Father, Big 30, and several other men blitzed the rapper and forced him to sign the paperwork.

They also allegedly choked his cameraman out and forced other people who were at the studio to give up lavish items such as jewelry, cash, and Rolex watches.

Shiesty had previously been jailed for a federal firearms conspiracy conviction. The charges stemmed from a series of incidents. Involving drug trafficking and violent crimes. Including a 2020 shooting where he and others assaulted victims to steal marijuana, codeine, and sneakers.

He was released last October after being credited with time served and good behavior. Now he has another steep hill to climb.
