Vince Staples is gearing up to release his new album Cry Baby, later this year. However, some fans got a chance to listen to the album at exclusive listening parties. One fan has decided to leak some alleged information to Staples’ subreddit.
What Did The Fan Say About The Album?
According to the fan, Vince Staples is changing directions sonically as opposed to his recent work. He explained what he heard at the listening session.
“no question that this is a rock album,” the user said. “They locked up our phones so no videos but best believe every song sounded awesome. i think big bad wolf and running man were my favorites. Been hyped for the album but now i really can’t wait. can already tell vince has done it again.”
The user also stated that Vince Staples brought out a full band, complete with several guitarists and a drummer.
