Rap star Megan Thee Stallion appeared on the remix to Bossman Dlow’s hit record, Motion Party. And she had some interesting lyrics that have the industry buzzing.
Megan Appears to Address Klay On ‘Motion Party Remix’
In the song which debuted on Friday (May 26), the rap star appears to address her recent breakup with Dallas Mavericks star, Klay Thompson.
“I ain’t goin’ through no phones, that s**t stupid. If I catch a n***a cheatin’ on me, it’s deuces.”
She later adds: “S**t strict over here. I’m a rich b*tch. Thought he did his big one ‘til he met the biggest.”
The Traumazine artist doesn’t reference the four-time NBA champion by name. But the timing of this verse is ironic.
Things appeared to be going well between Klay and Meg. She was a courtside regular at his NBA games, and they even spent the holidays together. But earlier this month, she revealed that she decided to call it quits with the four-time NBA champion after she found out he was cheating.
“Trust, fidelity, and respect are non-negotiable for me in a relationship, and when those values are compromised, there’s no real path forward. I’m taking this time to prioritize myself and move ahead with peace and clarity,” Megan said in a statement to PEOPLE.
The breakup has caused quite a stir on social media. Sparking debate on whether or not Megan’s expectations of the NBA star were realistic. Either way, it looks like she is fully removed from the relationship and ready to move on.
