The one sided beef between NBA YoungBoy and Future just took a new turn. Now, Baton Rouge’s star is leveling some serious heat at the Grammy-winning Atlanta rapper.

What Did YoungBoy Do?

On Friday evening (July 12th), YoungBoy dropped a new track abruptly on YouTube, posing for the thumbnail visualizer with the words “the future” on the cover. As the song goes along, YoungBoy fires several shots at Future, the most damning claiming he had sex with one of his girls.

His first diss comes out of competitive spirit.

“I wan’ go bezel for bezel/I wanna go hit after hit (Wanna go hit after hit)/I wanna go million for million/P*** wan’ probably go b**** for b****.”

However, later, he makes a claim that he had sex with one of Future’s girls.

“This n**** mad ’cause I just f***** his b****.”

He also calls Future old and that he’ll stretch him.

Of course, the final diss offers speculation that the claim YoungBoy slept with one of Future’s girls, is actually directed to Kodak Black.

Black’s baby mama, Mellow Rackzz, has been getting comfortable with YoungBoy recently. In response, Kodak wrote a diss track at Mellow Rackzz, prompting YoungBoy to swoop in.

“He made a diss, so his BM, I bought her chinchilla.”

However, the other disses seem to be 100% directed at Hendrix.

On Instagram after releasing the track, YoungBoy explained that he felt Future was a phony.

“You n***** ain’t no f****** gangsters,” the Baton Rouge MC expressed. “That’s why y’all can walk around the [United] States like that. Pluto ain’t no f****** gangster. Dude don’t run around without no f****** security, especially not more than me. I just watched the world glorify the most p**** and dummy s*** that ever went on I ever seen in my life… we don’t play like that. We cap rappers, we ain’t built like that.”

Immediately after, YoungBoy calmed down his assertions.

“It’s good, though. It ain’t no beef, I don’t want no problem with y’all,” YoungBoy said… “I just wanted to f*** up his rollout for all that little h**-a** s*** he do behind the scenes. It’s good, though.”

Neither Kodak, nor Future have responded to YoungBoy.

How Did The Beef Start?

Earlier this year, YoungBoy claimed on social media that Future couldn’t beat him in a Verzuz. They previously collaborated together back in 2018 on the YoungBoy song “Right Or Wrong.”

However, some fans dug up a small clip from 2022, where YoungBoy makes fun of a rapper for selling their catalog. At the time, Future had just sold his catalog for 75M. Meanwhile, YoungBoy just signed his record deal with Motown for 60M.

Future also heavily supports one of YoungBoy’s main rivals, Lil Durk. However, despite all this, it seems YoungBoy is claiming a combination of Future not being in the streets, his alleged desperation to keep up with YoungBoy, and supposed shady business practices behind the scenes have led to this beef.

It’s important to note though that Future has never acknowledged the beef. One of his artists, Doeboy, said he’d fight YoungBoy, which YoungBoy accepted the challenge.
