Bow Wow Headlines 106 & Park Reunion at BET Awards
This year’s BET Awards show was a blast from the past. The network celebrated the 25th anniversary. Of its former flagship show, 106 & Park. And it was only right that Bow Wow, also known as “Mr. 106 & Park” headlined the performance.
Bow Wow shut down the BET Awards stage. Performing his hit records, Azimiz and Like You, giving 90’s babies the taste of nostalgia that they were looking for.

In 2021, Bow Wow and Omarion gave fans a taste of nostalgia by bringing back the Millennium Tour. Those same fans were confused when the tour returned this year and noticed that the two R&B stars were no longer performing together.
Omarion and Bow Wow not performing with each other led to a lot of speculation that a rift had formed between the two artists.
During a recent interview on Cam Newton’s Funky Friday Bow Wow explained why there isn’t a need for him and Omarion to reconnect.
“It’s complicated. I don’t want to talk (to him),” Bow Wow said. “It’s nothing to talk about, not even in a bad way.”
The catalyst that led to Omarion and Bow Wow falling out remains a mystery. And Bow Wow still has not expounded on that part of the story. But he did say that he tried to resolve things with Omarion, and the former B2K star gave him the cold shoulder in response.
“It’s just when you lend your hand out and you try to be the bigger person—and try to rap—but you get no response,” he explained. “You go, ‘OK we’ll leave it right here.’ You do your thing, I do my thing, it ain’t no beef.”
