Rap star Glorilla has been a hot topic of discussion this week after finding herself in the middle of family drama.
Glorilla Appears to Clap Back at Her Sister Over Recent Claims
The “Wannabe” artist went viral after her sister, Scar Face Woods, ripped her for not supporting her family in her hometown of Memphis, Tennessee. Scaer Face’s accusations ranged from claiming that their mother still worked at FedEx to stating that she was so hungry that she almost “ate a roach.”
However, Glorilla appeared to hit back at the claims made by her sister. In a screenshot posted to her Instagram story on Thursday (February 5), Glorilla posts a text conversation between her and her mother. She expresses gratitude for the help that she has given to her family.
“Thank you so very, very much!!!” the message reads (via The Shade Room). “Really didn’t want to ask because you already do so much for us. I thank you so very much for all that you do. I don’t take it for granted at all!”
Another message reads: ” I really do love and appreciate you so very much! God bless you for your honor, respect, kindness, and love shown to me! You’re such a blessing to me! When I become a millionaire, I GOT YOU!! Meanwhile I’ll prayerfully keep you in God’s hands continually.”
The ongoing beef between Glorilla and Scar Face has led to widespread debate on social media. Glorilla has been very transparent about the fact that she grew up less fortunate with 10 other siblings. And while she clearly has done her part to support her siblings at home, they are all able-bodied adults. And the reality is, with a reported net worth of $2 million, she just doesn’t have enough finances to support her entire family. So many have suggested that if they are struggling that badly, it may be time for them to hit the workforce.
