Game 5 will be a pivotal matchup for both the Knicks and Hawks. With the series deadlocked at two games apiece, this could end up being the game that ultimately decides the series.
The Knicks will have all of the momentum heading into Tuesday night’s game. Not only because they will have the home court advantage. But also because they are coming off a road with in Atlanta in Game 4, thanks to the heroics of their star center Karl Anthony-Towns, who notched a triple-double in his last outing.
But even though they have all of the momentum heading into Game 5, Knicks guard Miles McBride knows that he and his teammates still have to play with a level of “desperation” to regain the series lead.
“We just have to have a higher level of desperation, because we know they’re not going to come in and ease into this game,” he said via SNY TV.
“This is the playoffs. Nobody’s just going to hand you a win, hand you a game.”
Do you think that the Knicks can pull out the win?
