Kelsey Harris Bodyguard Says Tory Lanez is Innocent
Lanez’s legal team hosted a press conference on Wednesday, May 19. And the star of the show was a man by the name of Bradley James. The bodyguard of Megan’s former best friend, Kelsey Harris, who was also there during the altercation. James revealed to Lanez’s legal team that it was Kelsey who shot Megan and not Tory.
Per Lanez’s Attorney, Walter Roberts (via DJ Akademiks): “[Harris] fired at [Megan] three times. Mr. Peterson grabbed her arm and knocked it down, and the gun fired two more times. In essence, Mr. Peterson never shot anybody. Never even touched that gun. He never fired the gun. This statement aligns with the statement of the only non-party witness to the case, Mr. Sean Kelly, who at trial testified he saw two women fighting… There were three potential suspects in the car that night. And yet the only DNA sample was taken of Mr. Peterson, even though unknown DNA was found on the gun.”
Breaking: There is New Tory Lanez evidence. Apparently Kelsey’s bodyguard who was around her during the trial comes forward and confirms that Kelsey was the one who shot the Megan. He said he overheard her say it. pic.twitter.com/pMiBCmDcNw

To bring things up to speed, Megan, Tory, and Kelsey were at a pool party hosted by reality star Kylie Jenner in 2020. Though the reason was never revealed, the three were engaged in an argument, which ended in Megan being shot in the foot. Despite being convicted of the shooting in 2022, Lanez has maintained his innocence.
This revelation comes on the heels of Lanez being assaulted in prison. The rap star was stabbed 14 times, including twice in the head, on May 12. It was a gruesome attack that resulted in him being airlifted to a local hospital. Thankfully for Lanez, he is expected to make a full recovery.
