Rapper Lil Skies has clapped back at a fake news report that he overdosed.
Lil Skies Slams Fake Overdose Report
On Thursday (January 15), one social media account suggested that the rapper had slipped into a coma. After suffering an “accidental overdose” in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.
However, after the reports began to make their rounds on social media. The rap star sounded off. Assuring fans that he is okay.
“Fake news, I’m good! I’m healthy, y’all don’t believe the hype,” he wrote in a social media post on Thursday.

Fans were relieved to know that the rap artist was okay. But also upset by the fake news report.
“Bro, that s**t had my heart dropping,” one fan wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“Why they tryna play on ur name, goat… drop some music tho,” a second user added.
“Glad you’re good fam, stay humble f**k the haters,” a third user chimed in.
Known for his melodic emo-rap style, Lil Skies rose to fame with hits like “Nowadays” and “Red Roses” from his 2018 mixtape Life of a Dark Rose. That momentum continued after dropping albums like Shelby and Unbothered, which enjoyed similar success. It’s good news to hear that the rapper is doing okay.
