The Feds Were Originally Trying To Protect Tekashi69 After His Breakfast Club Interview

The Tekashi 6ix9ine storyline just gets deeper and deeper. Tekashi may be facing life in prison after the Feds picked him up in a RICO charge for his ongoing affiliation with the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods. As reported by Page SixTekashi was picked up by the Feds twice this past weekend before he was ultimately indicted on Monday.

Prosecutors, and Tekashi’s defense, met in court on Monday. HNHH is reporting that Assistant US Attorney Michael Longyear aimed to prove that Tekashi was heavily involved in gang movements within the group, but also revealed that the gang attempted to kill 6ix9ine. “[6ix9ine] is a member of a violent sect of the Bloods,” stated Assistant US Attorney Michael Longyear. He continued on to claim the Breakfast Club interview Tekashi did last week, where he explains why he fired his entire team, put his life in danger. “They wanted to violate him. They wanted to ‘super violate’ him,”  Longyear claimed. He described “super violate” as a “violent act, including shooting him.” The Feds picked up Tekashi on Saturday, fearing for his life.

The Feds offered Tekashi protection, but he declined and signed a waiver allowing them to release him back into the streets. On Sunday, the Feds picked up Tekashi again after learning that he would be leaving town to hit Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut.“There could [have been] a random shooting,” Longyear explained, adding that the Feds didn’t want any innocent bystanders to get caught in the crossfire of an attempt on Tekashi’s life. By Monday, the story changed from the Feds protecting Tekashi, to arresting him. Possibly, they believe sending Tekashi and his associates to jail will stop a gang war before it erupts. The official indictment of Tekashi reads:

“[6ix9ine and the other defendants] participated in the operation and management of the Enterprise and participated in unlawful and other activity in furtherance of the conduct of the Enterprise’s affairs,” the indictment says. “Members and associates of Nine Trey committed, conspired, attempted, and threatened to commit acts of violence, including acts involving murder, robbery, and extortion against rival gang members and other individuals adverse to the Enterprise.”
