In this expansion two of Atlanta’s most major figures in this movement remain relevant and a huge part of pushing it’s popularity forward. 2 Chainz’ upcoming release “Pretty Girls Like Trap Music’ is on the way and for his first single “Good Drank” Chainz collaborates with Trap Music Icon Gucci Mane. Fresh off 2 Chainz first Grammy win he takes this first single to Jimmy Fallon’s Tonight Show and bring Gucci Mane along with him while being backed by The Legendary Roots crew to perform this joint live.
This live version of “Good Drank” is presented in a way of class while having a bit of soul to it. The background singers add some southern gospel soul to this trap hit with dance moves to match. Also backed by live piano and drums this Zaytoven track was given a live feel that will make you listen to this song differently. Not to mention that 2 Chainz and Gucci Mane really dressed for the occasion. The two of these gentlemen are continuing to push Hip-Hop’s sub-genre forward.
