Kanye Set to Sue His Former Dentist
In 2024, Former YZY Chief of Staff Milo Yiannopoulous accused Kanye’s dentist, Thomas P. Connelly of facilitating a nitrous oxide addiction. Now, a new report from The Mirror suggests that Kanye is planning to sue the dentist, Thomas P. Connelly, for medical malpractice.
“Our clients intend to file a lawsuit against you for medical malpractice, professional negligence, and related tortious and contractual violations stemming from your treatment of Ye,” the letter reads.
The letter also adds that Connelly: “acknowledged in writing that [the dentist’s] treatment of Ye was improper.”
Kanye’s representation also says that despite being aware of his alleged malpractice, Connelly did not take any measures to correct the situation.
“Despite these admissions, you failed to take timely corrective action,” the letter adds.
“The fact that you felt compelled to apologize in writing underscores the egregious nature of your conduct and will serve as evidence of your negligence and awareness of guilt.”
Ye’s attorney also added that Connelly’s alleged overmedication of the rap star was a ploy to take over his company.
“[Connelly] attempted to seize control of global music and fashion brand YEEZY LLC while its principal Ye was incapacitated with a cocktail of controlled and uncontrolled substances,” his attorneys added.
However, Connelly vehemently denies all of the allegations against him.
“[The allegations] fabricate a narrative that is both factually incorrect and maliciously intended to damage Dr. Connelly’s professional reputation,” his attorneys said in a statement.
“These allegations are completely unfounded and devoid of any credible evidence. As a licensed dental professional, Dr. Connelly adheres strictly to all ethical and legal standards, and any allegations to the contrary are baseless.”
