The losses continue to pile up for famed music executive Dame Dash. As his financial troubles have just cost him big.
Damon Dash has faced multiple defamation lawsuits, most notably from filmmaker Josh Webber over the film Dear Frank. Webber was awarded a default judgment totaling $4 million.
Dame Dash Forced to Sell Film Company for $100.50
However, Dash has claimed he is unable to pay the judgment due to his being broke. And as a result, he is being forced to sell some of his possessions to make Webber whole. His most recent loss is his film company, Poppington LLC. It was sold at a court-ordered auction for an underwhelming $100.50.
To add insult to injury, the auction had just one bidder. Who just so happens to be a nemesis of Dame’s. Mike Muntaser, CEO of Muddy Water Motion Pictures, is suing him for $973,000.

Dame’s financial troubles have become a prevalent topic of discussion amid his ongoing legal troubles.
In February, former Roc A Fella artist Cam’ron said that Dame’s obsession with living a lavish lifestyle is what ultimately led to his demise.
“After opportunity, it’s about keeping on hustling,” Cam said while referencing Dash (via Vibe). “I would love to do the things Dame did. Fly private for five years straight, buy two mansions in London, you got a mansion in London just for your ni**as, and then a personal mansion in London for something else or renting them or whatever. You just got a mansion in London. We’re not even from London. We’re just going to f**king London hanging out.”
He also added, “Bro, if you live like that, you’ve got to keep hustling. You can’t go buy all that sh*t you bought, and I’m being nice. I’m not even naming half of it. You can’t buy all that sh*t and spend all that money and then be like.
