Sexyy Red made headlines over the weekend after performing at a high-profile wedding tied to President Donald Trump’s inner circle.
The St. Louis rapper performed at the wedding of Trump adviser Alex Bruesewitz, who married former Miss Nevada USA Carolina Urrea. The celebration took place Saturday (Jan. 31) across two Trump-owned properties: Mar-a-Lago and Trump National Doral Miami.
Footage from the festivities shows Sexyy Red taking the stage to perform her breakout hit “Get It Sexyy.” The event was also reportedly attended by Nicki Minaj, further amplifying attention around the wedding. Early rumors suggested 50 Cent was also present, but a press release later clarified that he was performing at a birthday party in New York City that same night.
Ahead of the wedding, Minaj posted a selfie video with her husband soundtracked by “I Wanna Be With You” by DJ Khaled, featuring Future and Rick Ross.
