NBA Ben 10 Shot in Houston Restaurant
News began to spread quickly. And so did rumors that the rap artist had passed away. However, the mother of OG 3Three, another Youngboy affiliate, quickly clarified that wasn’t the case.
“Ten is alert… Stop the made-up stories,” she shared in a story via her OG_Monique Instagram account.
Ben 10 was allegedly shot while in the Houston-based restaurant, Confessions, on Thursday night. While the names of the victims have yet to be released, Houston’s Lt R.Wilkins talked to reporters and claimed that there were two shooting victims. And one had been shot “multiple times in the torso.” He also said that both victims were in “very critical condition.”
“Right now, this is a shooting; we have two victims. One person has been shot multiple times in the torso. Probably in his late 20s,” Wilkins said to reporters, as caught by DallasGlobalTV on Instagram. “Another has been shot in the extremities — in the lower extremities — and also throughout his arms and everything, several times. They’re both transported to local hospitals right now. They’re both in very critical conditions.”
Currently, the suspect is still at large. And the incident occurred after the assailants tried to rob the victims of their jewelry.
“So what we know right now is our suspect, who we don’t know who he is right now. We’re working on that. Investigators do a great job, I’m sure they’ll figure out who he is, was at this location, and had a confrontation with a couple of guys,” he continued. “That altercation originally, it appeared from what they were doing was that they were trying to take his chains. We don’t know if they knew him or what that was, but it appears possible they knew this guy. And they were in the process of trying to rip his chains off.”
At the time of writing, NBA Youngboy has not spoken out about the alleged shooting.
