In May 2025, Combs was convicted of interstate prostitution in one of the most high-profile criminal trials in recent memory. In October 2025, he was sentenced to a 50-month prison sentence. However, the Bad Boy Records Founder has since made several attempts to be released early. Through the court of appeals and even requesting a pardon from United States President Donald Trump.
However, all of his attempts have been unsuccessful. Diddy is set to be released in April 2028.
