After more than a decade of reality TV chaos, viral moments, and unforgettable one-liners, Love & Hip Hop is officially coming to an end. On Friday (May 1), Paramount Global announced the franchise’s conclusion, revealing a six-part farewell special titled Love & Hip Hop: The Final Chapter, set to premiere later this fall.
According to the network, the series will look back at the rise of its breakout stars, the empires they built, and the cultural footprint the franchise leaves behind. The special will feature new interviews with cast members from every city—New York, Atlanta, Hollywood, and Miami—along with producers, executives, and critics reflecting on the show’s legacy.
Despite the announcement, the franchises’ Atlanta and Miami installments are still airing their current seasons, meaning fans aren’t saying goodbye just yet.
Since launching in 2011, L&HH became one of reality TV’s biggest franchises, helping launch stars like Cardi B and Joseline Hernandez while delivering endless memes and headline-making drama.
