The Drake Iceman hype has taken over the music news cycle. The album has caused quite a bit of discussion, including his several disses at other rappers. However, in the case of one particular rapper, it appears he’s not mad, he’s just disappointed.
What Did Drake Say On Iceman?
On the standout track “Make Them Pay,” Drake disses several people, but, it appears instead of dissing J. Cole, he says he’s disappointed.
“You n***** run and talk to Hov for a second opinion,” Drake raps. “I stood 10 Ts and accepted the mission, ’cause I’d much rather death than submission. How can you press the ignition and let some memories of the past affect your decision? I love you ’cause of the history, but if we being real, I could never forgive ya. And you never called me back, but destiny’s written.” “F*** a big three anyway, there was too many chefs in the kitchen, it was a mess to begin with”
It appears Drake is claiming J. Cole bowed out of the beef due to advice from JAY-Z. Earlier in the album, on the song “Whisper My Name,” he seemingly takes a shot at viral dinner with JAY-Z or 500K dinner meme.
““I’ll take $500K, not the dinner, I never could learn s*** from none of y’all”
Then, on “Janice STFU,” Drake drops a sneak diss at JAY.
“Ayy, buried alive, somеone come dig me up,” JAY-Z raps. “If I call up your shawty right now, shе pickin’ up, yeah. You boys got big off my name, that’s big enough. We know how you OGs rockin’ already, my n****, the jig is up.”
JAY-Z’s nickname is Jigga. Drake and JAY-Z have a complicated history, despite collaborating on a few songs, most recently on Certified Lover Boy’s “Love All.”

Who Else Does He Diss On Iceman?
Other than JAY-Z and Cole, Drake takes shots on Lebron James, A$AP Rocky, Universal Music Group, DJ Mustard, Joe Budden, and of course, his arch rival, Kendrick Lamar.
Some fans believe a Playboi Carti diss is hidden in there as well, though that’s unconfirmed.
