Ice Cube has been one of Hip-Hop’s greatest spokespersons when it comes to social political commentary. If you ask me he’s right up there with Chuck D. So ironically the Hip-Hop Icon happened to be scheduled to appear on Real Time With Bill Maher this past Friday after Maher’s controversial usage of the infamous N-Word.
One of Cube’s great gifts is his ability to be straight forward and clear with his message even when it’s controversial. He was the voice and the writer of The World’s Most Dangerous group. When N.W.A lost Cube they lost their lyrical purpose.
Cube takes Bill Maher head on and lets him know that Maher’s usage of The N-Word will not be tolerated and lets him know why. Check it out.
