Jack Harlow recently sat down with Rolling Stone and made some controversial comments about Drake.
Jack Harlow Declares Drake The ‘Best Rapper Alive’
In a clip shared by Kurrco on X, Harlow recalls hearing Drake’s 2015 Mixtape, If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late, and declaring him the best rapper out.
“I remember vividly [IYRTITL] coming out and being like, ‘Oh, Drake’s the best rapper alive,'” he said.
However some fans in the comments section of the posts disagreed.
“Nothing says “greatest rapper alive” like a mf that sings love songs 65% of his catalog” one user wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“Coming from the guy who just got Blacker, so he really knows what he’s talkin bout,” a second user chimed in.

Harlow and Drizzy collaborated on his track Churchill Downs off his 2022 project, Come Home the Kids Miss You. The tracked peaked at the 23rd spot in the Billboard Hot 100.
Harlow spoke on the experience working in the studio with Drake and called it amazing.
“It was amazing. It was an amazing experience. He recorded the verse right in front of me,” he said. “Watching him work, not punching in, delivering that whole way through. It’s just cool to see a rapper really be a rapper and not be some packaged thing that a team is putting together. He can perform the act. He can do it you know? It might sound like a given, but its not always like that. He has the skillset.”
Earlier this week Drake announced that his ninth studio album, Iceman will drop on May 15.
Harlow appeared to hint at appearing on the forthcoming project. He was asked his thoughts on Drake’s new album and said he was “anticipating” it like the rest of us. Harlow is then asked if he and Drizzy stay and touch, to which he responds, “We talk,” with a devilish grin.
