Social Media is Still Buzzing Over Kendrick’s Super Bowl Performance
Lamar’s Super Bowl performance featured a little bit of everything. Big screen legend Samuel L. Jackson narrated the halftime show which also had appearances by SZA, DJ Mustard and even a Serena Williams sighting. 24-hours after Kendrick shut down the Super Bowl stage, he still has social media buzzing.
“God bless u my brother! That’s the way to do YOU! We are Proud of u man. You represented us WELL!” Colorado Buffaloes head coach Deion Sanders said on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“Thank you, Kendrick Lamar and Samuel L. Jackson, for all the MAGA tears you’ve caused,” another user added.
“That Kendrick Lamar performance went over a lot n****s heads like a jordan peele movie,” another person said.
Akademiks Drops Bombshell Rumor About Drake, LeBron
In January, hip-hop star Drake dropped a new song entitled “Fighting Irish.” Many percieved that new single to be aimed at his longtime associate and NBA All-Star LeBron James. The issues are believed to have derived from the Lakers attending Kendrick Lamar’s concert last summer amid his and Drizzy ongoing rap beef in 2024.
Amid the differences between Drake and LeBron, one hip-hop tastemaker dropped a bombshell rumor about Drizzy and Bron’s relationship.
Hip-hop blogger DJ Akademiks says that LeBron and Drake would go on “two-man” missions when the Lakers would go on road trips to Toronto to face the Raptors during the NBA season. That is where Drake would court women for the four-time MVP.
“Let me just tell you what I’ve heard. LeBron, you and Drake used to go on two mans. You’ve been cheating on your g*ddamn wife. Drake used to facilitate the h*es,” Akademiks said during a Twitch stream on January 11.
