Earlier this month, rising rap artist Dave Blunts revealed that he had ended his professional relationship with rap star Ye, formerly known as Kanye West. Blunts shared text messages where he told Ye that he was “very lost” and urged him to “find God.”
Dave Blunts Targets Ye on New Diss Track
A mere days after sharing the leaked texts, the rap artist dropped a diss track aimed at Ye, where he accuses the Chicago-born rapper of trying to “groom” him.
“Kanye West, he made me diss the Jews,” Blunts sings. “B*tch, I’m speaking out this is my truth. I’m so sick and tired of being groomed.”
Now, Blunts has doubled down on his criticism of Ye in another diss track released on Tuesday (September 23). He suggests that the Grammy winner is “off his meds” and accuses him of being homosexual.
“Kanye’s off his rocker, I think Kanye’s off his meds. Say that you ain’t gay then why’d you give your cousin head,” he raps.
However, fans in the comments section were not feeling the new Dave Blunts track.
“Either bro is desperate for attention or this is the beginning of the album rollout,” one fan said on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“Hope he knows he won’t get a response from ye he’s beefing with himself,” another user added.
“Bro took his chance where ye was crazy, and now Dave f*****g blunts realized that the ‘hype’ will die, so now he’s dissing him,” a third user said.
Meanwhile, Kanye is (allegedly) getting ready to roll out some new music of his own.
Ye has been promoting his new project, titled Bully. The album was originally slated to be released in June but has been delayed several times. The latest update from Spotify has the album scheduled to be released on November 7. It will be interesting to see if Blunts gets a response on the new album.
