Offset Says Viral Screenshot is Fake
It’s no secret that Cardi B’s estranged husband, Offset, is salty about her new relationship. So when a post of Offset surfaced, where he appeared to hint at being the father of Cardi B’s fourth child, it, of course, went viral.

However, Offset is claiming that the viral screenshot that has been circulating is fake.
“Any statements attributed to Offset circulating on social media are completely fabricated,” a spokesperson for the rap star said in a statement to TMZ. “Cardi responded to misinformation, and the situation escalated unnecessarily. Offset has remained supportive of Cardi and genuinely wishes her nothing but the best.”
However, even though the screenshot of Offset claiming to be the father of the child may have been fake, it felt very real to Cardi B. She took to social media after catching wind of the screenshot and threatened that things could get really messy between her and her estranged husband.
“Mf’ers do anything for attention, and it could get real nasty with just one upload… LEAVE ME TF ALONE,” she wrote in a deleted post on X, formerly known as Twitter.
She also scolded fans for making light of the harassment that she has been a victim of since filing for divorce in August 2024.
“Y’all be thinking it’s so funny and it’s not.. It’s been over a year and I’m still being harassed and threatened to the point that I feel like my life is in danger.. It’s all fun and games until it’s too late,” she added.
Cardi and Offset have traded several jabs amid their pending divorce. Hopefully, the two of them can find a middle ground in the future.
