G Herbo had time to respond to a fan who accosted him during a recent club performance.

G Herbo Responds to Fan That Threw ‘Rakes’ Up at Him

A video recently surfaced of G Herbo getting into a recent confrontation with a fan. In the video, the Chicago artist is heading toward the stage to perform. And as he is walking by, one of the fans in attendance throws up the “rakes” at him. A gang sign affiliated with the Chicago-based street gang, the Gangster Disciples.

Upon first look, it appears that Herbo is oblivious to what is going on. However, in one of the screenshots of the clip, you can see the rap star nearly eye-to-eye with the fan, looking noticeably upset.

Once G Herbo began to perform his set for the night, he addressed the fans in a moment on stage.

“I fw all real street niggas… idgaf what gang you are, let’s get money,” he said (via @MyMixtapez/X).

The rapper went on to explain his actions in a deleted social media post. Noting that confronting the fan wasn’t worth what it would cost him in the long run.

“You [ninja emoji] brains must be the size of a pea!” he said as heard through @IamLilRico/X. Why would I crash out about a broke mf that paid to get in the building to see me? And f**k up my backend! [ninja emoji] can’t trick me outta my position. I don’t even take mfs seriously. You can throw up the rakes, and I’m keeping dropping it.”
