Offset has finally broken his silence after he was hospitalized with a gunshot wound earlier this month.
Offset Shares Message & Drops New Song After Hospitalization
In a post shared by Kurrco on X, Offset said that he is grateful to be home and recovering. And promised to “be better,” going forward.
“Thank you to everyone who’s checked in on me and shown me love! I’m good … but I’m planning to be better!” he said. “I’m focused on my family, my recovery, and getting back to the music … realizing that life is made up of quiet wins and loud losses. Life’s a gamble, and I’m still playing to win.”

Of course, fans had plenty of reactions to the rapper’s recent post.
“Set the goat man ni**a said life is a gamble,” one fan wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“He used the word “gamble” dawggg is not done rolling the dice lol,” a second user chimed in.
“Lmao n***as do all this and don’t change a f*****g thing not even their draws,” a third user remarked.
To bring things up to speed, Offset was involved in an altercation with rap star Lil Tjay on Monday night (April 6). Police say they have video footage of Tjay directing a group of his associates to blitz Offset. They also say that during the melee, one of the members of Lil Tjay’s crew pulled out a gun and shot Offset, leaving him hospitalized.
The incident is believed to be over a gambling dispute. Tjay claims he loaned Offset $10,000 to gamble and was never paid back.
Tjay was not directly arrested for any connection to the shooting. But he was arrested for a traffic violation and disorderly conduct on a $3,000 bond. At the time of writing, nobody has been charged with the shooting.
