Boosie Badazz is one of the biggest celebrities on the internet. Any time he says something, it will likely go viral. And one of the main platforms that he has utilized is DJ Vlad’s YouTube Channel.
DJ Vlad Responds to Boosie’s Claims Over Pay Dispute
After appearing on Vlad’s channel several times over the years, Boosie recently claimed that he had done his last interview with him. After the media personality declined his request for a $5,000 pay increase in his rate.
“He didn’t want to pay me,” he told his followers during a recent livestream. “So, I think I’m gonna make more money doing it this way. I’m editing my interview now.”
However, Vlad insists that there are holes in Lil Boosie’s recount of the dispute. He starts by revealing that Boosie actually asked for a $10,000 increase. Which he says was not a feasible option because he essentially would not make any money from the interview.
“At the end of the day, I’m taking 100% of the risk,” Vlad explained in the video. “So I’m like, ‘Listen, I cannot pay you $35K when I’m going to make nothing. Or maybe I’m going to take a loss.’ Boosie was like, ‘Yo, you’re being cheap.’ I said, ‘I’m not being cheap, I’m being put in a situation where you make all the money, and I make none of the money.’ It simply doesn’t make any business sense.”
However, despite the dispute, there doesn’t appear to be any hard feelings on Vlad’s end. He dropped another video where he says that he thinks Boosie is “dope” and would be open to doing more interviews with him in the future.
