Fans have waited months to hear from Kendrick Lamar, but it appears the wait is over. On Grammy-winning producer, turned artist, Dahi’s new album, Lamar is expected to drop another verse for 2026.
What Do We Know About The Feature?
The song titled “How To Pray” features Kendrick Lamar teaming up with Amber Mark of “What It Is” fame. The track sees Lamar teaming up with another elite R&B artist, tapping into his “Luther” bag once again. It doesn’t seem like Drake subliminals are coming, but never say never.
This is Lamar’s first music since a couple features off his cousin Baby Keem’s album Ca$ino. He also hopped on a track with Playboi Carti for Carti’s album, Music.
Other features on the album include Moses Sumney, Baby Rose, Foushee, Obongjayar, Channel Tres, Elmiene, Ant Clemons, Vince Staples, Ravyn Lenae and more. However, there’s another standout feature coming from Donald Glover AKA Childish Gambino. The Atlanta creator is dropping his first music of the year, coming off his feature with Blackpink’s JENNIE in 2025.
Dahi’s album is expected to drop later this year. He’s known as a wunderkind as a producer, winning a Grammy for 21 Savage’s “A lot,” and getting nominations for his work on several Kendrick Lamar albums.
His most notable contributions include “Money Trees,” “Count Me Out,” “Rich Spirit,” “Die Hard,” and many more. He’s also worked with Travis Scott, SZA, Drake, Madonna, Mac Miller, Nas, Steve Lacy, Don Toliver, Pusha T, ScHoolboy Q, Freddie Gibbs, Lupe Fiasco, and more.

What Has Dahi Been Up To?
Recently the sonic architect has been spoon-feeding fans music, dropping an interactive music video with Mez and Moses Sumney “Find Me.” To see the video in full, you need to watch it with another person.
Split into two synchronized vertical videos, the left side will premiere exclusively on Dahi’s Instagram, while the right side lives on a companion Instagram account @themissing.half. The complete visual is only revealed when two people place their phones side-by-side and press play together.
