Leaked prison phone calls have landed another rap artist in hot water. This time it’s Memphis artist Pooh Shiesty.
Pooh Shiesty Clowns NLE Choppa on Leaked Prison Call
On Tuesday, a leaked prison call surfaced online. Where the Back in Blood rapper can be heard clowning fellow Memphis rapper NLE Choppa.
On the audio, Pooh tells an unidentified woman, “Her baby daddy gonna kill her.” The woman responds by calling NLE Choppa “gay,” and Shiesty concurs with her. “On God, he’s gay,” he responds.

The audio call surfaces after new reports claimed that Pooh Shiesty is expecting a child with NLE Choppa’s baby momma, Marissa Rodgers.
In a post to her Instagram account, Shiesty’s mother, Gladys Baines, revealed that the rapper is a father-to-be.
“I’m staying strong for my granddaughter!!!! @poohshiesty,” she wrote in the social media post.
There was also some speculation that the mother of the child could be Marissa. Because the ultrasound has her name listed at the top. However, neither Rodgers, Shiesty, nor Baines has confirmed that.
However, that is not the only drama that Shiesty is dealing with. He is also in a heated legal battle.
Back in April, the rap star was accused of armed robbery and kidnapping. After the feds accused him of rounding up a group of eight men. And leading them on an excursion from Memphis to Dallas to put Gucci Mane under duress. And force him into signing a contract releasing him from his record deal with 1017 Brick Squad. Gucci believed they were having a business meeting, but instead were met with the ambush.
If Shiesty is convicted, he could spend the rest of his life in prison.
