Suge Knight says that whether the defense or prosecution calls him to the stand, he won’t cooperate in the Tupac murder trial against Keefe D.

Because of the trial, Knight, who’s currently incarcerated, has hopped on many interviews to make his stance clear. While streaming with TMZ, Knight explained that one man can’t be held accountable for his friend’s death.

“It’s not about picking on Keefe D, but at the same time, most of his situations, I feel I know he did it to himself,” Knight said. “I knew his lawyer. His lawyer was a friend of mine, and I knew about him having immunity and doing that deal a long time ago. But the crazy thing about it. For 30 years or so, it cost me my freedom, it cost me money, it cost me business deals. Even though I got a bullet an inch into my skull, they always say I’m the one who had Tupac killed, which is far from the truth.”

Suge Knight Doesn’t Want To Testify

Knight also emphasized that many things occurred that led to Tupac’s murder.

“There’s a lot of people who participated and a lot of people they don’t talk about,” Knight said. “And I’m not here to say they should get punished cuz I don’t believe in that. I don’t believe in the revenge. I believe that my kindness come from God. My strength come from God. So I’m not on that page and saying they need to get punished. But it’s sort of sad that every person has all dropped everything on Keefe D. When you look at it, he got immunity. So they can never charge him again. But then he was in bed and dealing with a guy that knew he did a book, he on one podcast seven times, another podcast five times, and he did a book. So, that destroyed his immunity. You know, one of the things you got to realize, this was assassination. It wasn’t over no chain. It wasn’t over no colors. This was assassination.”

He told ABC News that prosecutors shouldn’t waste their time.

“This trial has nothing to do with me,” he told ABC News. “They make me come there against my will, if Keefe D’s lawyers bring me there, it don’t look good for him. If the prosecution brings me there, it don’t look good for them,” Knight said. “Leave me out of it. My loyalty to Tupac can never be compromised. Me as a man, what I believe in, can’t be compromised. I’m not there to help [Davis], and I’m damn not there to hurt him. To actually get on the stand, and point somebody out, it’s worse than taking a gun and shooting that man in the head.”
