Former Atlanta radio personality Big Tigger, whose real name is Darian Morgan, will reportedly not face prosecution stemming from a domestic incident that led to his arrest earlier this year.
According to court documents cited in reports, the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office has decided not to pursue the case against Morgan. He had been arrested in June on battery and child cruelty charges following allegations involving an altercation with his wife.
An arrest affidavit alleged that Morgan and his wife became involved in an argument at their home over text messages he reportedly received from a female co-worker. During the dispute, Morgan was accused of using force to move her, allegedly causing her to stumble head-first into an office door.
Following the accusations, Morgan stepped away from his longtime Atlanta radio program, The Big Tigger Morning Show on V-103.
With prosecutors now declining to move forward, Morgan will not face prosecution in connection with those allegations.
