The Knicks fans’ vibes were at an all-time high heading back to Madison Square Garden with a 2-0 lead over the San Antonio Spurs in the NBA Finals. But that all appeared to change when Knicks Governor Jim Dolan invited him to Game 3.
Ebro Blasts Trump For Falling Asleep During Knicks Game
With Trump being the first sitting president to attend an NBA Finals game, there was a huge commotion. But it all appeared to be for nothing, as a clip surfaced of the President sleeping during the game.

Once, radio host Ebro Darden caught wind of the clip, he clowned Trump on social media.
“Blocked off a main section of Manhattan. Made workers line up for hours to go to work, and fans line up for blocks, plus arrive early. Just to take your fat a** to the Garden to get boo’d and fall asleep. Lame,” Ebro wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter, on Monday (June 8).

Lame.
In response to Trump’s appearance at the Garden tonight, the Knicks PR sent out a statement to ticket holders. Suggesting that they arrive at the arena at least two hours before tipoff. And said that to get into the building, attendees would be subject to a TSA-style screening. And that a strict no-bag policy would be enforced. All of the through traffic in the surrounding blocks surrounding the Garden was also cut off four hours before tip-off.
When Trump was shown on the Jumbotron during the National Anthem, the crowd didn’t hold back. And the boos were deafening.
Trump opted not to sit courtside. But instead was seated in a bulletproof private suite.
Among the guests in his suite were Jim Dolan, Chris Dolan, Kai Trump, Vanessa Trump, Steve Witkoff, Lee Zeldin, Boris Epshteyn, Dan Scavino, Erin Scavino, Doug Burgum, Sean Duffy, Michael Boulos, Steven Cheung, Walt Nauta, Margo Martin, and Natalie Harp.
With Trump in attendance, the Spurs snapped the Knicks’ 13-game win streak.
