Drake’s next studio album, Iceman, is slated to drop in 2026. And with Drizzy being public enemy number one in the rap industry, many fans are wondering who will be featured on the new project.
J.Cole Says He Doesn’t Know If He’ll Be Featured on ‘Iceman’
There is at least one name that can be omitted by fans. That being none other than J. Cole. J. Cole recently linked up with fans as part of the rollout for his latest album, The Fall Off. And one fan asked him if he would appear on Drake’s forthcoming project. And he sounded doubtful that he would be one of the features on the new album.
“Oh, I don’t know about that,” he said in response to the fan (via Kurrco/X).
Of course, Cole’s response led to a lot of reactions from fans on social media.
“Drake revived his career, and this is how he repays him?” one fan asked on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“Meaning they probably did a song or songs, but it’s up to Drake to decide whether to place the songs or not,” a second user added.
“Artists never spoil rollouts. Especially not Drake rollouts,” a third user chimed in.
"Oh, I don't know about that."

It should be noted that Drake has not revealed an official release date for the forthcoming project. So it’s possible that he could plan to feature Cole on the album. But he just has not reached out yet.
Meanwhile, Cole just scored his seventh number one album on the Billboard Hot 200 earlier this year. Following the release of The Fall Off, which sold 280,000 equivalent album units in its first week. Marking the biggest debut of 2026 so far. Do you think that Drake will top that with the release of Iceman?
