Donald Glover aka Childish Gambino had an incredible 2016 with the debut of the highly successful and critically acclaimed television show “Atlanta” in which he starred, created, and did some directing in. Not to mention his incredibly critically acclaimed December album “Awaken My Love”. Glover’s 2017 is getting off to a pretty great start as well. His television show “Atlanta” has won “Best Television Series – Musical or Comedy” at the Golden Globes.
If you’ve ever seen the show “Atlanta” you know how real it can get. Glover’s acceptance speech was as real as it gets as he thanks the Black folks, the city of Atlanta, and Hip-Hop group Migos for making the song “Bad And Boujee” simply because it’s a good song. What else is there to say? “Rain drops, drop top…..”.
