50 Cent and Joe Budden are still trading jabs. But this current war of words between the two former rap stars could end in a legal battle. In a recent string of Instagram posts, the Get Rich or Die Tryin artist had posted several AI-generated photos of Joe in the street in his underpants. This appears to be a hit at Joe’s January 2024 arrest. He was outside of his New Jersey neighbor’s home in his underpants.

Joe Budden Hints at Suing 50 Cent Over AI Pics
On a recent episode of the Joe Budden podcast, the Pump It Up artist said that he understands that it’s all fun and games. But if 50 lets it linger on for too long, he would consider getting his lawyers involved.
“Because that’s illegal. You can’t take all those AI pics and just start [posting them],” Joe said.
“That’s 50. I got all the respect for him in the world. But if I get tired of it, and it stops paying, then, yeah, it’s lawyer time.”
50 Cent then took to social media to hit back at the rap star. Noting that there was a clear hole in his plan.
“So that’s the plan?” he wrote on Instagram. “[Y]ou gonna sue me, Joe. Hahaha I think you are mistaken me for someone else. I’m a get face to face wit you, so you can tell me about the therapy I need.”
This entire beef stems from the death of Murder Inc. founder Irv Gotti. Following Gotti’s passing earlier this year, 50 posted a picture of him smoking hookah on social media and said he was “smoking on that Gotti pack.” Irv and 50 were bitter rap feud in the early 2000s. But Joe believes enough time has passed to where he should forgive the late music exec. And Budden suggested that he seek therapy.
“50 Cent needs therapy. I don’t care if you agree with the rationale. And 50 is 50. He gon’ stand in it. He gon’ stand strong in it,” Joe said earlier this month.
