Diddy Sued By Ex-Making The Band Star

Combs is already in hot water. He is currently waiting for his sex trafficking trial to begin. But as he remains detained he has been slapped with several lawsuits. And this one comes from one of his former label artists.

Per TMZ, Sarah Rivers, who was on the inaugural season of Diddy’s Making the Band, cites the conditions on the set of the show were “inhumane.” And now she is seeking compensation from the Bad Boy Records founder.

“Ex-Making The Band” singer Sara Rivers is coming at his neck in a new lawsuit. And the allegations stem from her time on the popular MTV series,” the outlet writes.

“In a sprawling lawsuit, obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, Rivers claims the artist formerly known as Puff Daddy subjected her to mistreatment. Which wound up becoming content for millions to see on TV.”

Diddy’s antics on the MTV Reality Show were often seen as satire. Even the Chappelle Show did a skit mocking him. Particularly a scene where the music mogul demands that all the band members walk from Manhattan to Brooklyn to go get Diddy a slice of Junior’s famous cheesecake.

But even though Diddy’s hijinx was meant to humor audiences across the country, Rivers says her experience was no laughing matter.

“The suit, filed by attorney Ariel Mitchell on behalf of Rivers, cites the infamous “cheesecake” from ‘MTB2’ where she and the rest of Da Band had to walk several blocks to get Diddy a sweet treat as one of the numerous incidents of abuse,” the outlet added.

It has been another whirlwind of a week for Diddy. In addition to this lawsuit, his mother has also dealing with her own legal matters. One of his lawyers also motioned to remove himself from the trial this week.
