Lil Uzi Vert is walking away from a major legal battle unscathed. The Philadelphia rapper has officially beat a sexual harassment lawsuit filed by his former assistant, closing out a case that once accused him of misconduct and inappropriate workplace behavior.

According to court documents, the lawsuit was dismissed last week after the plaintiff—identified only as Jane Doe—voluntarily dropped the case with prejudice, meaning it can’t be refiled. The decision officially ends the legal dispute between Uzi, his company UziVert LLC, and Roc Nation.

The suit, first filed earlier this year, claimed that Uzi made unwelcome sexual advances and sent explicit messages to his assistant between 2022 and 2025. Among the alleged messages were “Come rub me down before you leave” and “Let me see that booty.” Doe also said that when she rejected the advances, Uzi became verbally aggressive, creating what she described as a “hostile” and “toxic” work environment.

Her legal team accused Roc Nation and Uzi’s management of enabling that environment, saying they failed to protect her from the alleged behavior. The lawsuit sought both compensatory and punitive damages for emotional distress and career harm—but no settlement or financial details have been made public.

The former assistant said she first met Uzi while working at a Balenciaga store in Los Angeles, impressing him enough to get hired onto his team. Once onboard, she claimed she was expected to be available 24/7—sometimes working up to 30 hours straight—and even had to cover work expenses out of pocket, including meals, Wi-Fi during flights, and travel costs.

Still, despite the serious accusations and the viral coverage when the story broke, it appears the case ended almost as quickly as it started. With the plaintiff dropping the suit entirely, Uzi and his team are now legally in the clear.
