Russell Wilson Takes Future on First College Visit
In a recent post to his social media account, the Super Bowl-winning quarterback vlogged his visit with Future to the University of Texas.
“I love Texas. This school is great. I love the stadium, it’s just — everything is bigger in Texas, I mean, look at this stadium. It’s pretty big.”
Russell also included clips of their visit to the university. Including Future visiting the baseball and football team facilities and even getting a chance to meet with Texas head coach, Steve Sarkisian.
We could be looking at a Future longhorn.

Future is Russell’s stepson by way of his marriage to R&B star Ciara. Russell is never shy about loving Ciara out loud. He often fawns over her on social media and out in public. Because of the way he loves Ciara, many people have accused Russell Wilson of being “corny.”
However, during an appearance on The Breakfast Club last year, Ciara shut down those claims. And noted that those kinds of comments are not even worth a response.
“Why would I even respond to that? You know what I’m saying? Like, I know what I know, and that’s all that matters… He is the most amazing human being you can know, the smartest, most intelligent Black man that I have ever known,” she said.
Ciara also said that context matters when it comes to those types of comments about Russell. Particularly about who is making them.
“Who’s the man saying it?” she added. “It’s like someone saying a person doesn’t love someone, but have you ever loved someone right? Have you ever been loved right? So, sometimes people, to me, speak out of pocket because they just don’t know. So, for me, versus being mad about it, you just be like, ‘God bless them.’”
